Edwards, part of Atlas Copco Group, is seeking a Sourcing Engineer to support sourcing, procurement and supply chain activities by leading and coordinating sourcing projects, supplier transfers, and continuity initiatives. You will ensure supplier compliance, maintain SAP master data, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Procurement and Operations to drive cost, quality and delivery objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier development in manufacturing.
• Experience leading sourcing projects, supplier transfers, or localization activities preferred.
• Experience in cross-functional international teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Support and execute sourcing program initiatives and supplier transfers.

• Assist supplier selection, onboarding, RFQ, evaluations, and commercial assessments.
• Track milestones, risks, actions and deliverables.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Procurement and Operations to resolve supplier issues.
• Create and update SAP master data (Source list, Purchasing info records, Vendor and Material master).
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with Code of Conduct and procurement standards.
• Communicate progress, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

To support VSS sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities by leading and coordinating sourcing projects, supplier transfers, and supply continuity initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring supplier compliance, maintaining accurate SAP master data, supporting cost, quality and delivery objectives, and ensuring all sourcing activities are conducted in accordance with Atlas Copco's Business Code of Conduct and procurement standards.

Main Responsibilities Sourcing & Supplier Transfer Projects

• Support and execute sourcing program Dromos.
• Lead & coordinate sourcing activities associated with supplier transfers.
• Support supplier selection, onboarding, RFQ activities, supplier evaluations, and commercial assessments.
• Track sourcing project milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables.
• Managed supplier relationships and performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, cost, regulatory, and sustainability requirements including contract management.
• Collaborated with Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to resolve supplier issues and drive corrective actions.
• Create, maintain, and update SAP master data including such as, Source list, Purchasing information records, Vendor master data, Material master records.
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct, ethical sourcing standards, and applicable corporate policies.
• Built strong stakeholder relationships and communicated sourcing progress, risks, and mitigation plans to support successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and efficiency gains.
• Contribute to the development of sourcing tools, reports, and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier development within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing sourcing projects, supplier transfers, or product localisation activities preferred.
• Experience working within cross-functional international teams.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
