Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Sourcing Demand Coordinator. We offer a competitive base salary.

You will support our Source to Contract (S2C) team, ensuring procurement processes are efficient. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about procurement, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities include:

• Liaising with S2C and SRM colleagues to maintain an accurate sourcing pipeline
• Supporting production and validation of key reports and management information
• Responding to ad hoc business queries regarding initiatives
• Maintaining relevant systems and ensuring data accuracy
• Collaborating with finance to validate and realize benefits aligned with business strategy
• Performing procurement administration activities in line with Consumer Duty commitments
• Supporting system and process improvements to enhance team delivery
• Ensuring procurement systems are accurate and complete

Qualifications

Ideal candidate profile:

• Ability to produce well-structured reports and presentations
• Strong data analysis skills and numeracy
• Excellent relationship-building skills as a team player
• Proactive with ideas for workflow and output improvements
• Focused on objectives with a sense of urgency
• Working knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous
• Experience in sourcing lifecycle and administrative practices
