Founding Demand Manager

Location: Remote

Giga Energy manufactures critical transmission and distribution infrastructure for commercial, industrial, utility, data center, and renewables customers across the USA. We offer a wide selection of in-stock and made-to-order equipment, including transformers, switchboards, and modular data centers. We have a fast-paced, informal, and results-oriented culture. About the Role

We’re looking for a founding Demand Manager to build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs that drive pipeline and revenue at Giga Energy. This person will lead efforts to engage our highest-priority end user and distributor accounts—moving them from cold to aware, and from aware to actively buying.

You’ll own demand generation strategy across all channels, including outbound sales support, paid media, inbound website experience, SEO, and events. This is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with content, creative, and sales to orchestrate impactful campaigns and programs.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in shaping how Giga creates and captures demand in a highly technical, relationship-driven industry.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute Giga’s ABM strategy across all core segments—partnering with sales to target high-value accounts with personalized, multi-channel campaigns
  • Lead Giga’s create and capture programs, building campaigns that generate net-new interest and convert existing demand into pipeline
  • Optimize the inbound funnel, including website conversion, landing page performance, and lead routing
  • Own paid media strategy, including targeting, budget management, ad copy, and creative collaboration
  • Partner with content lead to improve discoverability and drive high-intent inbound traffic
  • Collaborate with the events & tradeshows program to extend campaign impact before, during, and after in-person activations
  • Work hand-in-hand with the BDR and sales team to prioritize pipeline over MQLs, ensuring campaigns are built for revenue—not just lead volume
  • Build measurement and attribution models to track and report on campaign performance
You may be a good fit if you:
  • Have 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting
  • Have a strong understanding of modern GTM strategy, including how to align sales and marketing around target accounts
  • Are both strategic and hands-on—you can design a program and then launch it yourself
  • Understand how to balance long-term brand building with short-term pipeline goals
  • Are comfortable working across teams and functions to get things done
  • Have a passion for experimentation and optimization, especially when it comes to landing pages, ad creative, and funnel performance
  • Have experience marketing to technical buyers or industrial audiences
  • Are familiar with tools like HubSpot, Clay, GA4, or LinkedIn Ads
  • Have worked closely with BDRs or sales teams to build highly coordinated outbound programs
  • Have supported or led demand generation around in-person events or field marketing efforts
