Job summary

Vizient is seeking a sourcing and contract professional to support development and execution of strategies that reduce spend and improve operational efficiency. You will draft, redline and negotiate terms under guidance, and participate across the full sourcing lifecycle from data analysis to supplier engagement and contract maintenance.

You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to strengthen sourcing, communication and stakeholder-management capabilities, and contribute to RFP

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Foundational experience in contract review, redlining, or negotiation support preferred.
• Hybrid work model with three days in the office (Irving, TX; Chicago, IL; Centennial, CO).
• Ability to collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and redlining contract terms under guidance.
• Support supplier negotiations by preparing materials and discussions.
• Coordinate between clients, suppliers and internal teams; document updates.
• Ensure contract documents reflect updates and adhere to standards.
• Elevate complex negotiation items to senior sourcing executives.
• Contribute to sourcing strategies by collecting data and market insights.
• Assist in RFP creation, distribution, and initial evaluations.
• Coordinate supplier communications for sourcing activities.
• Support contract maintenance activities, including amendments and renewals.
