Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 2 or more years’ experience required.
• Solid knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Experience in a customer service-related role preferably in healthcare contracting or procurement preferred.
• Excellent business requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, routing, assignment, and contract completion of sourcing requests via the contract management system.
• Assist sourcing personnel in understanding the contract approval process and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with member contracting policies.
• Ensure all data fields and documents are completed for contract approval.
• Route contracts for approvals in the contract management system per guidelines.
• Follow up and resolve issues with local and national stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication; work to deliver quality output.
