Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the category management and business sourcing teams with negotiating a wide variety of contracts including agreements for the procurement of goods, services, software and hardware, and non-disclosure agreements
  • Work closely with Sourcing professionals and Legal to assist them with the deviation approval process, including securing approvals as necessary, contract execution and archiving
  • Work closely with legal counsel such as Sourcing, Commercial, EHS, Labor and Employment, Litigation, Intellectual Property and ITC Counsels to get their input and/or approval on various provisions and/or deviation
  • Take personal responsibility for quality and accuracy of sourcing contracts, and work to improve response times
  • Assist with compliance-related issues as needed
  • Provide Sourcing terms and conditions and other training as needed
  • Review Sourcing policies and procedures and develop standard work and guidance to assist the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sourcing, Contracting, Finance, Legal, Commercial, or equivalent consulting experience
  • Minimum 5 year’s experience drafting, negotiating commercial terms and conditions and closing complex business transactions

Desired Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate
  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Engineering
  • Sourcing / contracting experience in a multinational company
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to independently translate legal concepts into practical business and technical solutions
  • Aggressive self-starter
  • Established strong project management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is$ 108,800.00 - 174,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on May 20, 2025, or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
