Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. offers an Internship Program designed for students enrolled in Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD programs. It provides real work experience, exposure to upper management, and potential full-time opportunities as available.

Internships are offered in Skyworks' Technology & Manufacturing (TMG) groups with projects determined by business needs. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, supply chain, economics, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Exposure to data visualization/automation tools: Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or VBA.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supply Chain Architecture team with project deliverables and cross-functional activities supporting supply chain risk, supplier on-boarding and product compliance.
• Engage in supply chain risk monitoring by assisting with research, supplier surveys, event monitoring, and reporting using various tools and platforms.
• Extract, cleanse and analyze procurement and supplier data to identify trends, assess risks and provide actionable recommendations that support sourcing strategies.
• Participate in supplier interactions to assist onboarding efforts and gather relevant data for risk assessment and category management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, standardizing workflows, and creating clear documentation for best practices.

Skyworks' Sourcing Business Analyst Internships are offered in our Technology & Manufacturing (TMG) business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Exposure to one or more of the following tools for data visualization and automation: Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or VBA
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Strategic vision, critical thinking, problem-solving skills

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $29.00 - $49.00 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $23.00 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
