The Sourcing Associate will be responsible for supporting category management in conjunction with the supply chain & business strategies. This includes sourcing, product development, pre-production and production responsibilities, meeting organizational goals & metrics.
Minimal decision making will be required initially but as there is increased familiarity with the role, decision making will be required with regards to style allocation and development opportunities.
Must be detail-oriented & able to problem solve and offer solutions to improve efficiencies. Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and/or ad hoc projects.
Must be able to function in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Pay Range:$76,300---$103,100 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
