Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an Oracle Cloud Source to Pay Workstream Lead in the United States. The role requires hands-on expertise across Oracle Cloud S2P modules and leading client engagements from design through deployment.

You will drive workshops, configure solutions, manage risks, and collaborate with security, data migration, and test teams to ensure a successful go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud S2P or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud S2P ERP solutions.
• Strong product and process understanding of Oracle Cloud Purchasing, Self-Service Purchasing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, and Supplier Portal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on expert in Oracle Source to Pay processes and products.
• Lead business process workshops and advise clients on adopting Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Design sessions and help clients define solution-relevant processes.
• Configure software according to approved solutions.
• Manage workstream project activities, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Provide regular updates to Project and Program Managers.
• Lead stand-up meetings for the workstream.
• Escalate risks and issues as the workstream focal point.
• Collaborate with Change Management on training and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate with Security, Integrations, Reporting, and Data Migration leads on workstream planning and configuration.
• Partner with Test Lead to support testing activities and deployment.
• Oversee end-to-end testing scenarios and lead deployment of Source to Pay Oracle Cloud solution.
• Support clients during testing, production cutover, and post go-live phases.
• Assist clients with data migration efforts.
• Support technical teams with building, configuring, and testing integrations, data migrations, extensions, and reports.
• Mentor and review work of less-experienced team members.

Oracle Cloud Source to Pay Workstream Lead

Position Overview

Lead the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion Source to Pay solutions across Purchasing, Self-Service Purchasing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Payables, Expenses, and Channel Revenue Management. This role combines hands-on Oracle Cloud product and process expertise with business process leadership, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and client consulting.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a hands-on expert in Oracle Source to Pay processes and products.
• Lead business process workshops and advise clients on adopting Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Facilitate design sessions and help clients define solution-relevant processes.
• Configure software according to approved solutions.
• Manage workstream project activities, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Provide regular updates to Project and Program Managers.
• Conduct stand-up meetings for the workstream.
• Act as the escalation point for workstream risks and issues.
• Collaborate with Change Management on activities such as training and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate with Security, Integrations, Reporting, and Data Migration leads on workstream planning and configuration.
• Partner with the Test Lead to support testing activities, including test planning and logistics.
• Oversee end-to-end testing scenarios and lead deployment of the Source to Pay Oracle Cloud solution and related systems.
• Support clients during all testing, production cutover, and post go-live phases.
• Assist clients with data migration efforts.
• Support technical teams with building, configuring, and testing integrations, data migrations, extensions, and reports involving Oracle and third-party or custom solutions.
• Mentor and review work of less-experienced team members.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1–2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle's Cloud Source to Pay applications, or equivalent experience with other Source to Pay applications.
• 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Source to Pay ERP solutions.
• Expert in product and process understanding of Oracle Cloud Purchasing, Self-Service Purchasing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, and Supplier Portal.
• Strong product and process understanding of Oracle Cloud Payables, Expenses, and Channel Revenue Management.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company.
• Experience implementing SaaS applications.
• Experience leading consulting and client teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft table schemas.
• Experience with multiple applications.
