Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior QA Test Lead to guide quality assurance for a major PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP migration. You will own the end-to-end test lifecycle, including data migration testing, SIT, functional, security, UAT, and regression testing, with a focus on automation and traceability using Jira and Xray.

You will lead onshore/offshore QA teams, architect the Xray repository, and build dashboards to report testing readiness to leadership, while ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software testing experience.
• 4+ years as Test Manager or QA Lead on large ERP implementations.
• Proven PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Fusion migration experience.
• Advanced, hands-on Jira and Xray Test Management experience.
• Deep Xray experience required.
• SQL experience for data verification.

Senior QA Test Lead – Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Migration

Position Overview

Lead the quality assurance and testing strategy for a critical enterprise ERP transformation from legacy PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud Fusion. This senior-level role owns the end-to-end test lifecycle, including data migration testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), functional testing, security/RBAC testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and QA governance.

The role is particularly focused on building a structured, automated, and traceable testing ecosystem using Jira and Xray Test Management while coordinating QA engineers, business analysts, and system integrators.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the comprehensive Master Test Strategy for the PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Fusion migration, covering Data Migration, Integration/SIT, Functional, Security/RBAC, and UAT.
• Establish QA governance, entrance and exit criteria, and defect management workflows for cloud ERP delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate QA engineers, business analysts, and system integrators across onshore/offshore teams.
• Architect the Xray Test Repository structure, including Test Sets and Test Plans mapped to business processes.
• Configure Jira and Xray to provide end-to-end traceability between legacy requirements, target Fusion configurations, test cases, and defects.
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards and Xray coverage reports to provide visibility into testing readiness for leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee validation of data extracted from PeopleSoft and the subsequent data transformation and loading into Oracle Fusion.
• Establish a regression testing framework to support Oracle Fusion's mandatory quarterly patch updates.
• Partner with business process owners to design UAT scenarios, coordinate business testing execution, and manage defect triage.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software testing experience.
• 4+ years acting as a Test Manager or QA Lead on large-scale enterprise ERP implementations.
• Proven experience leading at least one successful PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Cloud Fusion migration.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Jira and Xray Test Management.
• Deep Xray experience is required.
• Strong functional understanding of core ERP modules.
• Familiarity with data reconciliation tools.
• SQL experience for data verification.
• Familiarity with connecting automated testing frameworks, such as Selenium or Tricentis Tosca, to Xray through CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex technical QA metrics into business-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Fusion certifications.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification.
• Experience with automated regression testing tools optimized for Oracle Fusion.
