Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC in Muskogee, OK, is seeking a Sorter to inspect and sort finished tile, ensuring color shade consistency and visual quality on our manufacturing line.

You will follow standard operating procedures, report issues to supervision, keep the work area clean and safe, and handle up to 50 pounds as needed in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing experience; good communication and attention to detail are essential.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking a Sorter to join our TEAM! As the Sorter we need someone who can perform a variety of inspection and sorting finished tile.

Shift

• Wenesady- Midnight-6AM
• Thursady-Saturday- 6:00pm-6:00am

Primary Objective

Inspects and sorts finished tile.

Major Function and Scope

• Inspects tile for shade and visual defects.
• Discards defective tile into trash hoppers.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating procedures.
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized.

Experience and Knowledge Required

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous manufacturing/production experience.

Competency

• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good record keeping skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Accurate measurement capability.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.
