Job summary

Lancesoft in Acton, MA is seeking a Sorting Coordinator for on-site 2nd shift. The role focuses on visual inspection to ensure products meet sorting requirements and to maintain quality standards.

The Coordinator will communicate with the sort leader and perform additional duties as needed in a manufacturing environment, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment in Distribution, Receiving, or Manufacturing Support.
• Experience working in the medical device industry.
• Must be proficient in English language to read documentation, communicate, and write.
• Ability to understand and follow standard operational procedures and follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and other employees
• Basic math and arithmetic skills
• Able to work effectively with a team environment.
• Able to perform tasks with accuracy and reliability

Position Overview

The Sorting Coordinator will perform visual inspection on the product to confirm conformance of the product to sorting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete visual inspection of product against sorting requirements.
• Communicate effectively with sort leader as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience
