ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- 1. Sort donated textile and place non-sellable items into outlet containers.
- 2. Sort donated textile and place non-seasonal back stock items in company provided back stock boxes.
- 3. Keep production area clean, neat, and safe.
- 4. Maintain well-groomed appearance and appropriate dress code including name badge.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- 1. Responsible for performing their assigned duties within the framework of our Core Principles
- 2. Attend in-service and related training as assigned by Team Leader.
- 3. Perform other duties assigned by the Team Lead or Production Lead.

- 1. Ability to adhere to the organization’s Core Principles.
- 2. Knowledge of retail and/or stock handling.
- 3. Ability to react calmly and react to emergency situations.
- 4. Ability to listen and follow directions.
- 5. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- 6. Knowledge of linen brands and varieties.
- 7. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Education and/or Experience: Previous retail and/or stack handling experience is preferred.

Physical and Environmental Requirements
- 1. Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- 2. Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- 3. Standing and walking for long periods of time
- 4. Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, push, and pull.
- 5. Sufficient mobility to turn from side to side and the ability to lean and remove items from containers.
- 6. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
