The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a dedicated Sorter/Donation Processor in Oroville, CA to prepare donated items for retail sale or salvage in line with Salvation Army policy and procedures. You will sort, clean, package and load donations, maintain a clean processing area, and follow safety and reporting procedures.
A High School diploma or GED and safety training are required, with only minimal related experience acceptable.

The Purpose of the Sorter/Donation Processor is to prepare donations for retail sale or salvage according to Salvation Army policy and production procedures.
To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform the essential duties with or without accommodation. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift, bend and stoop. Frequently the employee must walk, climb and/or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance peripheral, vision and depth perception.
