Job summary

Encore Shoppe in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a detail-oriented Sorter to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic resale environment where every item you sort makes a difference.

If you enjoy hands-on work and love giving items a second life, we want to hear from you! Sort and categorize consignments by type, condition, and quality, inspect items for damage and determine saleability, and enter items into our POS system while tagging them for the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sorting clothing and housewares at a consignment, resale, or thrift store.
• Fast, accurate data entry, with a steady pace across a full shift.
• Good knowledge of clothing brands and an eye for quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
