Job summary

DHL is seeking a Sortation Maintenance Lead at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky hub near CVG Airport. You will lead a team of mechanics responsible for maintaining cross-belt and tilt-tray sortation systems, assign daily tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with engineering for complex issues. This position is based at the hub near CVG in Kentucky with typical full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sortation system maintenance experience.
• Previous team lead or supervisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of cross-belt sorter mechanics and controls.
• Experience with shift handover communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanics maintaining cross-belt and tilt-tray sortation systems.
• Assign daily work tasks to the team and monitor progress.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure protocol compliance.
