Job summary

Fastenal’s Indianapolis Distribution Center is hiring a Full-time Product Handling Lead to guide day-to-day operations, oversee product movement, restocking, and inventory flow while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will lead a team, coordinate with branches, and uphold safety, environmental and sustainability goals in a fast-paced warehouse setting with opportunities for on-site leadership.

OVERVIEW

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Product Handling Lead, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Product Handling department. You will help facilitate the movement of product throughout the distribution center to company owned branches. You will consolidate product, restock locations and move inventory within the distribution center. You will provide guidance to ensure operations are completed correctly, efficiently and on time. REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

• 18 years of age or older
