Job summary

Green Electronic Solutions in Plainfield, IL is seeking a Sort Team Associate to support our warehouse operations and recycling mission. You will sort and organize incoming electronics, inspect materials, move and stage items, and assist with loading/unloading while adhering to safety rules.

No prior experience is required, but reliability, the ability to follow directions, and teamwork are valued. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced warehouse with hands-on training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, production, recycling, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Strong attendance and reliability are essential.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work well with others.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
• Comfort with safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Spanish- or Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Sort Team Associate, you'll play a vital role in our warehouse operations. Your day-to-day will include:

• Sorting and organizing incoming electronic materials according to established procedures.
