What You’ll Do

• Lead and Motivate: Oversee the daily activities of the Sort Team, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
• Train and Support: Teach new team members sorting procedures, safety policies, and company expectations.
• Monitor and Coach: Track employee performance, provide feedback, and encourage a positive, productive work environment.
• Ensure Quality: Perform quality checks to ensure materials are sorted according to company standards while minimizing errors.
• Promote Safety: Enforce warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements, keeping the work environment hazard-free.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work alongside your team to meet production goals, address equipment or inventory concerns, and maintain efficient workflows.
• Stay Hands-On: Assist with unloading, moving, and organizing materials while keeping the sorting area clean and organized.
• Adapt and Contribute: Take on additional duties as assigned and work closely with other departments to achieve company goals.
