Job summary

Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st shift at our Milwaukee facility. This role involves running multiple high-powered machines in a fast-paced production environment in the Sort and Pack Department.

Pay starts at $21 per hour with potential for higher compensation for qualified candidates. We offer weekly pay, gainsharing bonuses, a 401(k) match with profit sharing, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; GED reimbursement option available.
• Must be able to meet minimum physical requirements of the job, with or without accommodation.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple high-powered machines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Pack parts and spot machine issues to keep production flowing in the Sort and Pack Department.
• Work as a team to maintain quality and efficiency across shifts.
