Machine Operator

This role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes. Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus.

Starting Pay: $21.00+ depending on experience, with potential raises within the first two years.

Shift: Day Shift (6AM – 6PM). Schedule: 3-2-2-3 (3 days working – 2 days off – 2 days working – 3 days off). Built-in overtime pay and a 3‑day weekend off every other weekend.

Location: 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is NOT required to start. Charter will pay for you to get your GED through an accredited program. Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment focused on safety first is required.

Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus.
