Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical)
• Minimum 2 years in a production leadership role
• 4 years in a continuous operation technical role

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Sorbitol department operations and be the primary Refinery contact for production.
• Promote safety culture and process safety improvements.
• Develop and deliver long-term department strategy to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Oversee maintenance strategy with PdM, preventative and corrective actions.
• Guide supervisors and technical staff to achieve short- and long-term performance.
• Drive continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
