Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Process improvement / SOPs Evaluator for a remote contract to help ensure quality and rigor in AI-related outputs. You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts, identify errors across documents and decks, and provide structured feedback to improve model results, collaborating asynchronously with teams worldwide.

Required 5+ years in process improvement / SOPs, fluent English, and strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills (especially Slides).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Process improvement / SOPs.
• Fluent English (native or professional).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
• Master's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
• Collaborate asynchronously with teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
