Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advise and mentor class officers in planning and carrying out class activities.
• Facilitate regular class meetings as needed.
• Coordinate fundraising activities in accordance with district policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records for class funds and deposits/expenditures.
• Assist students in planning school events including dances and assemblies.
• Coordinate planning for senior class activities and graduation events.
• Ensure events receive required administrative approval.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff and administration.
• Encourage participation while promoting inclusiveness and sportsmanship.
• Supervise students during class activities and events.
• Assist with fundraising inventory, ticket sales, and logistics.
• Model professional behavior and maintain confidentiality.
• Comply with board policies and district procedures; follow laws.
• Perform other duties related to class sponsorship as assigned.
