Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented SOP reviewer to refine about 35 procedures for clarity, usability, and compliance. You will translate complex SOPs into clear, step-by-step instructions suitable for frontline users and identify gaps to ensure accuracy and consistency across payer workflows.

This hands-on role emphasizes strong written communication, process thinking, and collaboration with subject-matter experts to deliver publish-ready documentation in a structured weekly cadence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process documentation, operations, or SOP review
• Experience in healthcare payer operations (must understand workflows)
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NCQA, CMS strongly preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly
• Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, step-by-step guidance
• Experience identifying gaps in processes or documentation
• Comfortable working through high-volume, repetitive review work
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience working on directory accuracy or similar compliance-driven initiatives
• Background in process improvement or process design
• Experience working directly with SMEs to refine documentation
• Familiarity with audit/review workflows or quality assurance processes
• Experience working in structured review timelines or deliverable-based projects

Responsabilités

• Review and audit ~35 existing SOPs for clarity, usability, and completeness
• Translate SOPs into clear, step-by-step instructions that a new user can follow
• Identify process gaps, missing steps, and areas that would cause confusion
• Ensure SOPs align with payer operations and compliance standards
• Highlight limitations (ex: where source-of-truth data cannot be modified)
• Work through SOPs in a structured weekly cadence (3–5 per week)
• Partner with SMEs to validate gaps and gather missing details
• Support final edits and consistency before documentation is published
