Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
• Current registration/certification from a nationally recognized sonography credentialing agency.
• BLS or ACLS certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Prepares and executes lab, clinical and didactic applications effectively.
• Supervises and instructs students during lab, clinical and didactic sessions.
• Ensures proper skill instruction and evaluates students' progress in all settings.
• Maintains attendance across all applications.
• Generates oral or written reports for all students.
• Maintains accurate records of students' performance and activities during skill sessions.
• Ensures proper supervision of students during skill practice sessions.
• Collaborates with the program director to periodically review and revise course materials.
• Ensures student compliance with program policies and guidelines.
