Job summary

TridentCare is seeking dedicated ultrasound technologists for PRN evening and weekend shifts to provide mobile ultrasound services to our client base. Vehicle and equipment are provided to support flexible, on-site care.

Ideal candidates possess vascular and general registries, with Echo registry a plus, and are comfortable working independently while maintaining high professional standards and patient communication.

Qualifications

• Registry required: Vascular and General; Echo a plus.
• TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations as required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Be ON the team and uphold compassionate care and accountability.
• Interact with patients compassionately while driving to each patient.
• Perform quality ultrasound studies for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule.
• Attend meetings and demonstrate regular attendance.
• Train other technologists and participate in special projects.

PRN Position. Are you registered? Do you want to put your experience and education to work making a difference in the lives of others? Join the nation's leading provider of diagnostic mobile imaging services! Our sonographers provide care to our patients, wherever they call home. Our ultrasound techs are provided with all needed resources, including vehicle and gas card, portable ultrasound machine and equipment, PPE, scrubs, etc.

Hours- Evening and Weekend shifts

ROLE: Provide mobile ultrasound services to our client base

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with patients compassionately and professionally by driving company vehicle to each patient, within designated service area
• Perform quality ultrasound studies to transmit to radiologist for interpretation
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule
• Assist in other service areas, as needed
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets, as per protocol
• Other duties, as needed:
  • Scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing
  • Attend and participate in meetings
  • Demonstrate regular attendance
  • Train other technologists
  • Perform special projects or other duties, as assigned

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic ability to use mobile device and apps
• Flexibility to adjust to changes and process improvements
• Ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills, both written and oral
• Good driving skills

Requirements:

• Registry required: Vascular and General, Echo a plus!
• Annual TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations, as required
• Valid drivers license, in good standing
