Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to perform ultrasound exams across multiple facilities in the Minneapolis area. You will transport and operate portable ultrasound equipment, transmitting images to radiologists for interpretation, and maintain compliance with licenses and health requirements.

The role requires completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program and ARDMS/CCI/ARRT certification (Echo and Vascular registries).

Qualifications

• ARDMS/CCI/ARRT certification required.
• Registry required: Vascular and Echo.
• Annual TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations as required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform and process ultrasounds, sending images digitally to radiologists for interpretation.
• Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment at various facilities to perform exams ordered by physicians.
• Obtain diagnostically valid sonography images.
• Scan and bill exam-related paperwork per protocol.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional communication with peers, leadership, and clients.
• Keep vehicle and sonography equipment maintained.
• Keep state licenses, certifications, health requirements, and operational standards up to date.
