Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Mobile Sonographer to perform and process ultrasounds in diverse, mobile settings, delivering diagnostic images to radiologists remotely. This role offers independence and opportunities outside traditional clinics.

You will need ARDMS/CCI/ARRT registries, a completed Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, and ongoing licensure requirements. Portland, ME-based full-time shifts with potential overtime and shift differentials are included.

Qualifications

• Completion of Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
• ARDMS, CCI, or ARRT certification.
• Registry required: Vascular and General.
• Valid driver's license, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform and process ultrasounds, sending them digitally to radiologists for interpretation.
• Transport and set up portable ultrasound equipment at various facilities to perform exams ordered by physicians.
• Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent sonography images.
• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing each day per protocol.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold professional communication with peers, leadership, and clients.
• Maintain required state licenses, certifications, and health requirements.
