Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams in close collaboration with Radiologists. You will contribute to high-quality imaging and accurate interpretations while adhering to safety and documentation standards.

The role requires ARDMS eligibility, RDMS/CCI certification, and graduation from an accredited sonography program. Preference given to candidates with teaching duties and hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of sonography.
• Meets ARDMS eligibility and holds RDMS or CCI certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic sonographic exams in coordination with Radiologist.
• Maintains professional demeanor and delivers quality patient care.
• Ensures successful completion of procedures while recognizing patient conditions.
• Complies with state and federal regulations applicable to each modality.
• Assists in supervising student sonographers and training new sonographers.
• Uses Corporate Radiology computer systems and maintains documentation.
