Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program that meets ARDMS standards.
• Knowledge of routine ultrasound procedures and competency in performing ultrasound examinations required.
• Maintains ARDMS physics registry and one ARDMS registry required; current BLS provider certificate.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic sonographic imaging in collaboration with Radiologist.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality images.
• Ensures accurate documentation of patient history, procedures, and results.
