Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates seeks a Permanent Sonographer to provide mobile ultrasound services at nursing homes, home-care facilities, prisons, and other patient-care sites. You will perform and process ultrasound exams, transmit images for interpretation, and manage cases with self-dispatch while maintaining equipment and documentation.

The role requires echo/vascular expertise, ARDMS/CCI registration, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and work independently.

Qualifications

• Echo and vascular modalities required.
• ARDMS or CCI registration for vascular ultrasound required; limited licenses not accepted.
• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.
• Valid driver’s license required and subject to periodic checks.
• COVID-19 vaccination required or approved exemption.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Must be comfortable traveling and transporting ultrasound equipment weighing 18–20 lbs.
• Facility staff handles patient transfers, positioning, and assistance.

Permanent Sonographer

• Pay: $35–$40/hr based on experience

Role

Duties

• Perform and process ultrasound exams using portable equipment, digitally transmit images for interpretation, manage assigned cases through self-dispatch, maintain equipment/vehicle, complete documentation, and communicate with dispatch and facility staff.

• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic ultrasound technology program.
