Seeking a full-time Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging studies in a hospital setting.

• Responsibilities: Conduct ultrasound procedures following department guidelines, communicate with patients, assess medical histories, document findings, and support department goals. Ensure accurate billing, contribute to program development, participate in research, and maintain safety/infection control standards.
• Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Sonography program, certification in ARDMS or CCI registries (Abdomen, OB/GYN, Breast, Echo, or Vascular). Minimum 2-5 years of experience preferred. BLS certification required; RDMS specialty certifications within 12 months.
• Skills: Proficiency with ultrasound equipment, electronic medical records, billing procedures, and basic office tools. Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting, standing, and moving equipment, with attention to safety and infection control.
• Work Conditions: Exposure to infectious materials, bloodborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, and potential emergency situations. Requires personal protective equipment and physical stamina.
