Job summary

VIP Medical Group in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Per Diem Medical Sonographer to perform diagnostic venous duplex ultrasound scans, rule out DVT, and conduct post-procedure evaluations. You will prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment, enter medical notes in the EMR, and maintain patient privacy.

Requirements include an Associate degree in Medical Sonography, at least one year of experience, Certified Medical Sonographer, EMR proficiency, and RVT/RVS preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use sterile technique for procedure set up and prep patients for procedures.
• Maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
• Properly care for Ultrasound equipment and notifies the office if there are any issues.
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with co-workers and members of the health care team.

The pay range for this role is:

45 - 50 USD per hour (GA1072_Johns Creek)
