Job summary

Vip Medical Group in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Certified Medical Sonographer for a per diem role. You will perform diagnostic venous duplex ultrasound scans, prepare exam rooms, enter notes in the EMR, and maintain HIPAA-compliant patient privacy.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in Medical Sonography, 1 year of experience, and certification as a Medical Sonographer. RVT or RVS is preferred. Compensation is $45–$50 per hour in GA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography exams in accordance with patient safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Medical intakes.
• Enter medical notes in our EMR system.
• Use sterile technique for procedure set up and prep patients for procedures.
• Maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
• Properly care for Ultrasound equipment and notifies the office if there are any issues.
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with co-workers and members of the health care team.

The pay range for this role is:

45 - 50 USD per hour (GA1072_Johns Creek)
