Server Responsibilities

• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives.
• Greeting customers as they are seated at the table; ensuring the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided.
• Providing a positive guest experience, menu knowledge, and proper use of our point‑of‑sale systems.
• Taking accurate food/beverage orders and delivering completed orders to guests.
• Pre‑busing tables to maintain a clean environment.
• Stocking service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc.
• Collecting payments and operating cash register.

• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
