Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and schedule hourly team members, ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable
• Communicate with the General Manager regarding company objectives
• Promote and embrace the department strategy established by the Area Director
• Ensure that our Mission and Values are communicated, understood, and practiced
• Develop and mentor team members to foster a positive culture
• Create a fun, engaging atmosphere for staff and guests
• Respond to immediate store needs
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience

Minimum Qualifications

• At least two years in Restaurant Management
• Ability to complete required training or certifications
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and insurability
• Flexible schedule to cover shifts and special events
• Knowledge of iServ policies and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with a team
