Job summary

KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking friendly Team Members in Portland, TN to deliver fast, tasty service and create positive guest experiences. You may work as a Carhop, Cook, Fountain, or Crew Member, contributing to a busy, energetic team.

No prior experience is required, and training is provided. We offer flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus opportunities for growth within our company and nonprofit KBP Cares.

Qualifications

• No experience required; prior customer service or cash handling is a plus.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 15 years old.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and prepare/menu items as directed.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties.
• Operate restaurant equipment safely and follow safety protocols.

What You Bring To The Team

• No experience required - but it’s a cherry on the sundae if you have previous experience in customer service, cash handling, food handling, safety, or fast-food.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least fifteen (15) years old.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
