Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Tennessee is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly service across Carhop, Cook, Fountain, and Crew roles. No experience required, with paid training and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Applicants must be at least fifteen (15) years old and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team in a growing KBP Brands family.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Ability to handle cash and operate basic restaurant equipment.
• A friendly, energetic attitude and team spirit are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service across carhop, cook, fountain, or crew roles.
• Prepare and serve items following recipe and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in your work area throughout shifts.
• Assist teammates to ensure a positive guest experience.

What You Bring To The Team

• No experience required - but it’s a cherry on the sundae if you have previous experience in customer service, cash handling, food handling, safety, or fast-food.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least fifteen (15) years old.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
