Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager in North Tazewell, VA. Lead a team, supervise daily operations, ensure a fast, friendly guest experience, and drive performance during each shift.

Responsibilities include training crew, scheduling, maintaining safety standards, and upholding brand standards while delivering the iconic Sonic experience. This role offers growth into Assistant Manager roles and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities
