Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering the iconic Sonic experience. This role offers the chance to grow as a leader in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll guide frontline staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and support a collaborative culture within KBP Brands’ growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities
