Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager in Ashland City, TN. You will lead a team, run shifts smoothly, and help deliver the Sonic guest experience. This is a fast-paced role with leadership growth opportunities into higher-management positions.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand/walk throughout shifts.

What you bring to the table:

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
