Job summary

KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager for Sonic Drive-In to lead the team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will supervise staff, ensure fast, accurate service, and uphold brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
