Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer service every shift.

You’ll receive paid training, shift meal discounts, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, and access to KBP Cares, with a clear path to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles within a growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
