KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager for our Sonic Drive-In location in Chesapeake, VA. You will lead team members, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold restaurant standards day to day.

We value strong leadership, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset. This role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager as you grow with our expanding brand.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for full shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

What You Bring To The Table
