Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager in Morristown, Tennessee to lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on team leadership, daily coaching, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient restaurant environment.

As a Shift Manager, you will help drive performance, mentor staff, and promote a positive culture with growth opportunities within KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
