Job summary

KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager at Sonic Drive-In in Carrollton, Virginia. You will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and support a fast-paced team to deliver great experiences for our guests.

Bring at least one year of supervisory experience in quick service or retail, be 18 or older, and maintain flexible availability. KBP Brands offers paid training, meal discounts, benefits, PTO, and a clear path to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
