Sonic Drive-In in Harriman, TN is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.

As part of KBP Brands, the franchise offers paid training, meal discounts, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and clear career paths into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for entire shifts, maneuver in compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
