Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager in Morehead, Kentucky. You’ll lead a small team, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure guests experience the iconic Sonic service.

The role offers growth into store leadership, training, and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll need at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and uphold the Sonic guest experience.
• Oversee cash handling, safety, and service quality during shifts.
• Collaborate with management to train new crew and optimize daily workflows.
