Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager in Danville, VA. You’ll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love.

This role offers growth as a leader, with a clear path to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager, paid training, meals, health benefits, PTO, and a supportive culture focused on inclusion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver the Sonic experience to guests.
• Assist in managing shifts and service quality.
